To qualify for this free safety check your home should be more then 20 years old and you must be the homeowner. If this is the case and you have one of the older style consumer units (click here to check) we will visually inspect your fuse board, earthing and wiring installation to see if these meet the current wiring safety standards. We will also check if the wiring is in a sound condition generally. Any shortcomings identified will be detailed on our report which will be given to you.

There is no charge for this service other then maybe a cup of tea if you think the surveyor has
earned it! You are under no obligation at all. If any work is then carried out this would be at a fixed price and guaranteed for 12 months. We would also provide all of the necessary certificates that are required to meet the regulation safety standards.
